モッチモチ手打ち太麺の迫力! 生パスタ製麺所 フジスパの最強ミートソース

Photoよくよく飲み歩いている
横浜・野毛。

野毛飲みもかれこれ6年近く経ちますが、
ようやく、気軽に入れる店が増えてきたような気がします。

気後れしなくなってきたというか…。
そうなると、その街そのものが
とても身近になってくるから不思議です。

そんな野毛で、
久しぶりにランチ。

目指すは、ちぇるるの一角に12月にオープンした…。

いつも遊びにきていただきありがとうございます。
お昼ごはん

「生パスタ製麺所 フジスパ」

生パスタ専門店です。

カウンターが中心の店内は、どちらかというと
ラーメン店のよう。

でも、かたわらには、トマト缶やオリーブオイル缶などが並んでいて
いかにもスパゲッティ屋さんなのです。

生パスタは太麺で、
なんと3.3×2.5mm!

卵型の押し型を使った、ちょっと平打ちに近いパスタです。

オーダーは券売機で購入します。

「最強ミートソース」850円

信州アルプス牛のひき肉を15種類の素材とともに2日間煮込んだソース。

太麺パスタにミートソースというと、
吉祥寺などで食べたミート屋系の店を思い出します。

出てきたのは、ラーメンどんぶりのような大きな器に
こんもりとミートソース&パスタ。

パスタは、本当にモッチモチの食感。
弾力もあります。

そしてミートソースは、ひき肉の旨味がギュッとしみだした
味わい深いソースです。

粉チーズと辛味オイルをたっぷりかけて食べたい気分にも。

粉チーズが加わると、チーズの濃厚さが加わって
深い味わいになりました。

さらに辛味も加わって、刺激的です。

そのほかテーブルにはピクルスが置いてあるので、
横に添えて食べてみます。

ピクルスの甘酸味がいい箸休めになります。

ミートソースと一緒に食べるのもなかなかいけます。

ミートソースのほか、
オリジナルのカルボナーラやペペロンチーノがあって、
こちらも気になります。

また、立ち寄ってみたいです。
